gurui.fun is a Kakegurui-inspired arena of high-stakes games on Solana — original games of skill and nerve, hidden moves, purchasable information, and pots settled where everyone can check the math.

What we're building

A platform of many games, launching with one done properly. Four principles, none negotiable.

The premise

Games, not slots

Every table is an original high-stakes game where reading people beats luck. Join a round for an entry fee, make paid moves inside a time window, and the best-placed players split the pot.

The money

On-chain, always

Entry fees sit in program escrow on Solana. One wallet popup per round — an ephemeral session key signs your moves silently after that. Payouts are merkle claims you pull yourself.

The gameplay

Realtime and hidden

Rounds run in realtime with thousands of seats. Nobody sees your moves until settlement — unless they pay for the privilege. Information is an in-game economy.

The proof

Verifiable afterward

Every round's full move log is published and its hash pinned on-chain. Settlement is a pure function of that log — recompute it yourself, or run our open verifier.

Graviton — the first table

An infinite canvas, one shared centroid. Weights pull it; hedges break ties; the nearest point when the clock dies takes the pot. Below is a playable concept — claim a point and play against four hidden house bots. You can't see their moves and they can't see yours: buy Sonar or Glimpse when you need the truth, and watch everything revealed at settlement.

Claim a point

Anywhere on the infinite canvas. Far from the crowd is safe and far from the pot; the center is a knife fight. Placement is your first stake.

Stack gravity

Each gravity weight pulls the shared centroid toward your point. Everyone feels it drift as chips land — in real time, no take-backs.

Buy information

Moves are hidden. Effects — Sonar, Glimpse, Cloak — sell you fragments of the truth. Every effect fee feeds the treasury jackpot.

Settlement

Clock hits zero, the centroid freezes, the contract measures. Nearest point sweeps the pot. Every distance and tie-break verifiable on-chain.
